What we supply7
Crushers, screens, feeders and spare parts. Every position carries its working numbers: capacity, feed size, power.
Why customers pay us in advance
Heavy equipment is bought for years ahead, sight unseen. Here is what we do so that decision is not a leap in the dark.
Equipment supply
We select the model by your material and capacity, not by what is in stock.
Details →Installation and commissioning
We assemble the line on site and hand it over at a measured output.
Details →Spare parts in stock
Wear parts sit in Oskemen instead of travelling six weeks from China.
Details →Twelve years in crushing
We do not resell a catalogue. We match the machine to the rock and the required capacity, deliver it, install it and service it.
Start of operations in Oskemen
First deliveries of crushing equipment to quarries in East Kazakhstan.
Own warehouse of wear parts
Plates, liners and blow bars for the common models began shipping the same day.
Service crew with site visits
Installation, commissioning and emergency visits stopped depending on a contractor.
Figures you can check
What we have delivered3
Sites, equipment and lead times. The numbers under each case were measured by the customer, not promised in our quotation.
Crushing and screening plant at a quarry
Liner and jaw plate replacement at a cement plant
Cone crusher for 5-20 mm aggregate
How the work goes
From the first call to the line running. The fourth step, service, is the difference between us and direct import.
Request and selection
You send us the material, the required capacity and the product size. The same day we say which machine covers the job and which does not.
Quotation and approval
We cost the line, the delivery schedule and the installation terms. The specification is agreed in writing before prepayment, so the scope does not move.
Delivery and installation
We clear customs, deliver to the site, assemble the line and bring it up to design output. The measurement is taken in front of the customer and put into the acceptance report.
Service and spare parts
We keep wear parts in stock in Oskemen, so a replacement does not wait for a shipment from China. We run the maintenance schedule and come out to the site - which is exactly what direct factory import does not give you.
Need a part for a machine already running
Enter the manufacturer catalogue number or the name of the part. No number at hand - send a photo to WhatsApp and we will identify it.
The awkward questions10
The ones usually asked on the third call. Answered here so you do not have to spend a call on them.
What is the lead time for equipment?
Machines held in our Oskemen warehouse ship within a week. Items made to order leave the factory in 8 to 12 weeks, plus transport to your site. We give an exact date once the specification is agreed: before that, any figure is a guess.
What happens if the delivery date is missed?
We report a delay on the day it becomes known, not on the shipping date, and send a new date with the reason. If the delay is our fault, the contract provides a penalty and we pay it. If the factory or customs moved the date, we show the documents instead of silently passing the wait on to you.
What information do you need to select a crusher?
The material and its strength, the feed size, the required product fraction, the capacity in tonnes per hour and the operating schedule. These five points are enough to offer two or three options. Without them, selection turns into selling whatever is in stock.
What does the warranty cover and what does it not?
The 12 month warranty covers manufacturing and assembly defects: frame cracks, bearing assemblies, drives, electrics. It does not cover wear parts such as plates, liners and blow bars, nor damage from running outside the rated duty: overload, uncalibrated feed, tramp metal. We explain that line before signing, not after a breakdown.
What counts as a defect and what as normal wear?
A defect is a fault of material or manufacture: a cavity in the casting, an unfused weld, hardness below the declared steel grade. Wear is even consumption of the working surface over service hours. A dispute is settled by measurement and dated photographs, and by a sample analysis if needed. Until the cause is established we neither refuse nor agree in advance.
Tell us what you are crushing
Rock type, required capacity, feed size. That is enough for us to name a specific machine instead of sending the whole catalogue.
