What it is for
Medium and fine crushing of abrasive rock on 150-260 t/h lines: granite, basalt and iron ore. The hydraulics change the discharge setting without stopping to fit shims, so the product size is re-tuned to an order within a shift.
When this model does not fit
It is not a primary machine: the feed is limited to 185 mm and oversize breaks the support ring. On soft limestone up to 80 MPa an impact crusher gives a more cubical product at half the wear-part cost. It also dislikes running starved: the chamber must be choke-fed, otherwise the liners wear unevenly and the gradation drifts by the end of the week.

What is the lead time for equipment?
Machines held in our Oskemen warehouse ship within a week. Items made to order leave the factory in 8 to 12 weeks, plus transport to your site. We give an exact date once the specification is agreed: before that, any figure is a guess.
What happens if the delivery date is missed?
We report a delay on the day it becomes known, not on the shipping date, and send a new date with the reason. If the delay is our fault, the contract provides a penalty and we pay it. If the factory or customs moved the date, we show the documents instead of silently passing the wait on to you.
What information do you need to select a crusher?
The material and its strength, the feed size, the required product fraction, the capacity in tonnes per hour and the operating schedule. These five points are enough to offer two or three options. Without them, selection turns into selling whatever is in stock.
What does the warranty cover and what does it not?
The 12 month warranty covers manufacturing and assembly defects: frame cracks, bearing assemblies, drives, electrics. It does not cover wear parts such as plates, liners and blow bars, nor damage from running outside the rated duty: overload, uncalibrated feed, tramp metal. We explain that line before signing, not after a breakdown.
What counts as a defect and what as normal wear?
A defect is a fault of material or manufacture: a cavity in the casting, an unfused weld, hardness below the declared steel grade. Wear is even consumption of the working surface over service hours. A dispute is settled by measurement and dated photographs, and by a sample analysis if needed. Until the cause is established we neither refuse nor agree in advance.
How fast does a spare part arrive?
Wear parts for the common models are in stock and ship the same day. Items made to order take 3 to 6 weeks from the factory. We quote availability from the actual stock balance, not from a catalogue: if a part is not there we say so at once and offer an equivalent or a date.
