Crushing and screening plant at a quarry

The quarry ran a single jaw crusher, the fines went to the dump, and finished aggregate was bought from outside. The cycle had to be closed on site and yield three marketable fractions from the quarry's own rock.

We put together a jaw crusher for the primary stage, a cone crusher for the second, a screen and conveyors. The line was calculated from rock strength and feed size. Delivery was split into two shipments so that installation of the first stage started while the second was in transit.

The plant reached its design output and delivers three fractions without bought-in aggregate. Wear parts for the first line were placed in the customer's warehouse together with a replacement schedule.
